What actor has made the most "Eh, that was ok." films?

Are there any actors for you that when you hear their name you assume that movie will be watchable, decent, sometimes even good, but nothing super memorable or oscar-worthy and certainly not one of your favorite films ever.
For me it is Dennis Quaid. I have enjoyed many of his films, but I don't think I would rank any higher than like a 7 out of 10.
